A few months ago we heard a little rumor that one of our friends was going to open her own business, and I am SO excited to share with you today, not only an AMAZING service, but a wonderful women behind the business, Syd Stansberry.

 

I don't know who will be more excited, us or our brides!  Seriously, this is going to be HUGE!

 

Introducing - Inkling hand lettering + illustration.  

From the Website: “Love what you do, and do what you love”. Having always been a creative type, Syd loves nothing more than to create special... “somethings” for others. With her new business, Inkling, Syd has a growing client base offering custom hand addressing and lettering, and illustration.

We had an amazing time working with Jordan and Nate during the planning process and on their big day!  It was a beautiful day, filled with beautiful people inside and out!

TBS Wedding: Liz & Tony

Sweet, sweet memories of this beautiful day!  I absolutely LOVED this wedding, and I absolutely LOVED LOVE LOVED these families.  As planner, I work with so many different couples throughout the years, many of those couples I become friends with and see on a regular basis.  Others, I feel like they are actually apart of my family, and I can honestly say, that's how I feel about this couple!

 

We met at Bridal University, a conference-style affair that my company, The Bridal Solution puts on throughout the country.  I remember it like yesterday, someone told me I should walk over and talk with the lady in the Red Sweater ... it was Sarah, Liz Nussbaum's Mom.  I did, and the rest is history!

TBS Inspiration: Watercolor Invitations

Have you noticed the latest trend in wedding stationary yet?

If not, just take a look around ... watercolors are booming these days, with all different pops of colors.

Subdued pinks and blushes to pops of oranges and blue hues. These pieces can look classy and sophisticated or then can have an organic look. 

 This trend isn't stopping with the invitation either, Brides are using these unique designed and incorporating them into wedding signage like programs, menus and escort cards!

The great thing about this trend is it's a great way to get in touch with your crafty side, or you can pre-order them online or with a local graphic designer!
