Has It Really Been Four Years ...

 It was warm, there wasn't rain like there is today.  Instead of Issac in the Gulf, it was Ike, and we had been watching it very closely.  At that moment, the world had stopped.  Braeden was at his Grandmothers, Ryan at home with our dogs and I was at my parents house with five of my closest friends.  

I was the last one up it seemed.  I had spent the majority of the evening reminicing about the days when we were wild and crazy, they always made the best stories.  It was early, and the smell of coffee loomed in the air.  We half-heartedly tried fixing our strands of hair before the stylist arrived, and for most of us, the anticipation of the day was showing on our faces. 

It was my wedding day.

Four years ago, I woke up on this very day and got ready to marry the man that I had dreamed about for so long.  I was ready to say "I Do" to the father of my child and the one person who knew me better than anyone else.

Today, unlike other days, the usual hussle and bustle out the door doesn't exist.  Both of us sit down and enjoy our morning coffee, both taking in the moment.  It's the quiet moments like this, that we realize, we're happy, we've been happy, and we were filled with happiness four years ago.

Ryan, thank you for standing by my side all of these years, thank you for giving me two beautiful boys to call my own.  Thank you for allowing me to follow my dreams, and live the life I always knew I wanted.  I said "I Do" then and I say "I continue today."

Officially Ordained

Happy Friday everyone! It's a Wedding Weekend for us here at The Bridal Solution! I mentioned yesterday that I would fill you in on a little secret ... I, Natalie Imhoff, Owner and Event Stylist at TBS is Officially Ordained!



So what does this mean for you [the bride?] Basically you can now be reassured, that no matter WHAT happens on your wedding day ... weather, sickness, etc. you will STILL get married!

I have seen it before, the weather takes a toll and the minister can't get there, maybe he/she gets sick, etc. Rest assured, now that I [Natalie] am ordained, the wedding will still go on, flawlessly as always!

This Saturday we will be preforming our first wedding, and we couldn't be more excited! Pictures to come!

Three years ago today, I married my best friend in the most intimate ceremony, and the party of a lifetime.

HER Magazine Feature

IT'S HERE!! I can finally tell you what I have been so extremely excited about for a couple of months now! Not wanting to count my chickens before they hatched .... I waited, and waited. BUT NOW .... now I can tell you the juicy news!!

Jefferson City News Tribune has started a magazine called HER Magazine, geared toward Women with business, fashion and trends included. A couple months back I received a call asking me to be part of the magazine in a feature called ... "So You Want to Be ...." Obviously for me, it is called, "So You Want to be a Wedding Planner."

The Magazine is one stands NOW!! SO go out and get your free copy. I was so pleased and honored to be apart of this, and I am so excited to share it with all of you finally!

Head Shots

A couple of weeks ago I went to go and get my headshots taken. They turned out fantastic! And although I hate getting pictures taken, I was really excited to get them back.





Travis Duncan of Duncan Photography took them ... he did an AMAZING job! If anyone ever needs to get their picture taken for any reason, you should definitly go to him. It was so easy, and he is excelent to work with!
