It's Here!
This is a wedding we have been waiting to share with you for quite some time.  When Shannon first came to us, we were swooning over her style.  This is a bride who know exactly what she wants and we LOVE that about her!  She had this vision and we are thrilled we were apart of this special moment in time.  I can't wait for you to see this beautiful couple and how their wedding day unfolded!

TBS Wedding: Lauren + Joe

I met Lauren through another one of our brides, Liz.  We spoke in January after she recently got engaged, and over the phone, we felt it was a great fit between the two us.  Hired without evening meeting a bride is not something we usually do.  However, it was the best decision we made!

Lauren is a classic bride with STYLE!  She is timeless, always put together, super sweet, and made a BEAUTIFUL bride!  I really cherished the time I was able to work with both her and Joe!

Their Saint Louis Wedding was stunning and everything was absolutely perfect!  I wouldn't have changed a thing!  Thank you Lauren and Joe for choosing me ... you're wedding is one we'll always remember!

TBS Trends: Grapewood & Vines

Some of the newest trends in weddings over the past year have been Grape Wood and Grape Vines.  They are so universal ... you could use them for a beach wedding or a barn wedding, and they would still look great.

Here are some examples on how to use them properly ...

How are you incorporating grape wood or vines into your wedding this year?

TBS Inspiration: DIY Birch Lighting

When I first came across this DIY lighting that used birch, I was immediately intrigued. For one, I love birch, especially at weddings. It's light, airy and goes with most pallets. So when I saw just how easy it was to assemble, I loved it even more!

In this particular photo, it looks like they used a string of lights found at a home store, or lighting outlet. The actual light itself is not attached directly to the main cord, but rather to a smaller wire, which is then attached.

If I had a bride using this idea with us, here is what I would use. I would gather tin cans with labels peeled, birch bark, and bulb lights. I would cut out a small hole the bottom of the tin can, and attach the base of the bulb lights, and then screw the bulbs in, so they can not come loose. I would wrap and glue the birch to the tin can. Hang and string. The reason I would use the tin can is because lights can get hot, and this way the birch, which is sometimes as thin as paper, will not overheat.

Love this easy DIY light that you can make on your own!

TBS Wedding: Sara & Weston

Love love love this couple, they were absolutely amazing to work with! Sara and Weston hired me exactly one year to the day for their wedding date. We had numerous meetings, design conversations, etc, and I think it came together perfectly!

I should say that Sara & Weston were married in Mexico a few weeks prior, so we only planned and designed the reception.

Thank you Sara & Weston for using The Bridal Solution, and we wish you many years of happiness!
